Micaela Shawl
PDF PATTERN
A shawl inspired by the texture and colors of my hometown- olive trees, hazelnut bushes, and yellow grass. As classic, timeless, and fun to knit as it gets. This asymmetric triangular shawl is knit in an addictive combination of garter stitch and fisherman’s rib.

Yarn
Woolly Mammoth Fibre Co, Hearth DK (50% BFL/50% Jacob) 100g (240m).
I used 3 skeins to knit my sample in the colorway ‘Natural’.
Yardage
Approx. 720 meters of DK-weight yarn.
Needles
— 4.5 mm (US7) circular needle, cable length of at least 60 cm / 24”
DPNs might come in handy for the CO.
Gauge
22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in garter stitch after blocking.
Gauge is not crucial for this project but it will affect the finished measurements and yardage.
