Islay Mist Shawl
This shawl is a classic triangular shape shawl with added “umph” at the wings. It is worked in no time and the result is a lovely, huge, shawl to embrace the colder days ahead.
I love twisting classics with subte details and I’ve long been a fan of triangular shawls. The pretty plumetti sections are framed with garter borders and alternate between lovely lace sections for a wonderful look. It is finished with an i-cord BO. It can be worked to length and you can add as many repeats as you wish to it.
A bulky weight yarn which is as soft and sweet as this is a perfect choice for this pattern.
